Differences between Boiled Linseed Oil & Cold-pressed Linseed Oil

Boiled Linseed Oil

woodcare.guide-boiled-linseed-oil-1l

Authentic WOODCARE.GUIDE Boiled Linseed Oil is additive and solvent-free. Suitable for protecting new and old wood surfaces and making Swedish red paint, and other paints and wood preservatives. Due to boiling, linseed oil dries faster than cold-pressed linseed oil. Boiled linseed oil forms a hard and clear film on the surface whereas cold-pressed linseed oil absorbs into the wood. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
