We are withdrawing from the market WOODCARE.GUIDE Mould Wash 2.5 l and 5 l products due to incomplete labeling information.
The recall is made because the classification and labeling information on the products' warning label does not meet the requirements of the EU CLP Regulation and the 5 l package is missing a compliant childproof cap. The product itself is usable.
We ask customers to return WOODCARE.GUIDE Mould Wash 2.5 l and 5 l products to the store where the product was purchased and from week 21 the product can be exchanged at the store for a similar product where the cap and markings comply with the regulation. We regret the situation.
