Window Putty

A traditional linseed oil–based window putty designed for durable and long-lasting glazing. Delivers excellent adhesion to both glass and wood while preventing adhesive migration into the frame. The flexible formulation resists cracking and ensures reliable performance over time (elongation 4 %).

Ideal for use on dip-primed or glaze-treated frames. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Application: Ensure glass and frames are clean, dry, and free from oil or contaminants. Prime uncoated, dip-primed, or treated wood as required. For teak, clean with denatured alcohol and apply primer. Apply window putty with a cartridge gun, then smooth it immediately.

The product can be painted with linseed oil paint after 24 hours. Other paint systems can be applied after 2–3 weeks. Full curing time is approximately 6 months.
